Message dated and received March 17 was read, stating the Governor                                  
signed the following bill and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled                                
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                    
                                                                                                    
            CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 236(FIN) "An Act                                                 
            relating to subsidiary corporations of the Alaska                                       
            Housing Finance Corporation and to the dividend                                         
            paid to the state by the Alaska Housing Finance
